Multi-Booking Payment

There may be instances where treatments/bookings for several people and/or across several dates need to be paid on a single invoice by a single person, for example, a wedding party may have bookings across two days for 10 people all to be paid on a single invoice.  

MultiPay - General  

This can be done using the multi-Booking Payment facility located on the booking screen. To access the Multi-Booking Payment screen click on the text line Multi-Booking Payment on the sidebar of the booking screen.  
 
A pop up screen titled Pay Multiple Booking List will appear; this screen is organised with a large area on the right hand side, this will display booking with remaining balances, while the left hand sidebar is further split into three tabs titled: Date From To; Date Selection and Client Selection.

This tab should be used to access outstanding booking payments between two dates, so if you wish to pay for appointments within a date range you could use this tab.  
 
For example – you wish to pay booking on the 7th and 8th of January:  
 
·Using the top calendar select the 7th of January and using the bottom calendar select the 8th of January, then press the Load Selection button;  
·The main screen on the right will now display all outstanding balances for these two dates;  
·You can now select the bookings you wish to pay by pressing and holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking on each appointment with your mouse;  
·Once you are satisfied press the button at the bottom of the screen titled Pay Selection; all the selected appointments will now be loaded into the pyment (walkin) screen ready for payment;  
·Each client's history will also automatically be updated as will the information on the appropriate booking screen(s).

This tab enables you to select up to six specific days where you wish to pay bookings.  
 
For example – you wish to pay a booking on the 10th, 18th and the 24th of January:  
 
·In the top box titled Select Date (1) select the 10th of January from the dropdown calendar, in the second box titled Select Date (2) select the 18th of January from the dropdown calendar, in the third box titled Select Date (3) select the 24th of January from the dropdown calendar, then press the Load Selection button.  
·The main screen on the right will now display all outstanding balances for these three dates;  
·You can now select the bookings you wish to pay by pressing and holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking on each appointment with your mouse;  
·Once you are satisfied press the button at the bottom of the screen titled Pay Selection; all the selected appointments will now be loaded into the payment (walkin) screen ready for payment;  
·Each client's history will also automatically be updated as will the information on the appropriate booking screen(s).

The client selection tab allows you to select one or several individual clients who you wish to pay multiple booking for.

For example – You may wish to pay appointments for Wendy Smith and her Daughters Julie and Mary Smith  
 
·In the box titled Select Client type in Wendy smith and press the '…' button, select Wendy from the pop up menu, then press the button titled Add to List, her name should now appear in the list titled Selected Client List below. Repeat this process for Julie and Mary.  
·Now press the button titled Load Selection at the bottom of the sidebar  
·The main screen on the right will now display all outstanding balances for Wendy, Julie and Mary;  
·You can now select the bookings you wish to pay by pressing and holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard and clicking on each appointment with your mouse;  
·Oce you are satisfied press the button at the bottom of the screen titled Pay Selection; all the selected appointments will now be loaded into the payment (walkin) screen ready for payment;  
·Each client's history will also automatically be updated as will the information on the appropriate booking screen(s).
