The booking screen also has an option to store notes to be viewed by all users, to show the system notes, single click on the show system button on the general options sidebar, system notes can be hidden by pressing the hide system notes located in the same location. If there are any system notes stored the show system notes option will be highlighted in red.
System notes are displayed immediately to the right of the sidebar, and are further split into two halves: the top half displays 'daily notes', these only show on the selected day, while the bottom half display 'system notes' these are visible everyday until they are deleted. To add notes click onto the appropriate box (daily/system) and type, notes are automatically saved until they are deleted. |
