Paying and cancelling bookings

A booking can be paid by double-clicking on the appointment and pressing the 'pay booking' button on the bottom left hand side of the booking card, alternatively you can right mouse click on the appointment and select 'booking payment' from the dropdown menu. The final way to pay an appointment is by single clicking on the title of the appointment and selecting 'pay booking' from the sidebar. Once you have chosen to pay a booking you will be transferred to the payment (walkin) screen with the booking, all the bookings (on that day) and charges for the selected client will go through to the payment screen.

A booking can be cancelled by double-clicking on the appointment and pressing the 'Cancel booking' button on the bottom left hand side of the booking card, alternatively you can right mouse click on the appointment and select 'cancel selection' from the dropdown menu. The final way to cancel an appointment is by single clicking on the title of the appointment and selecting 'cancel booking' from the sidebar.  
 
Once you have chosen to cancel a booking you will get a warning message asking if you are sure you want to cancel the booking, press yes to confirm. Note when an appointment is cancelled a record of who the appointment was for, who cancelled it and when is stored on the system.  
 
If your system setup requires a reason for the cancellation to be stated, you will be asked to fill in a free text box stating the reason for the cancellation. If no reason is available press the cancel button at the bottom of the screen, if a reason is filled in press the OK button at the bottom of the screen.  
 
If you apply cancellation charges you will also be given an information message stating how much the charge is going to be, you will be given the option to apply this charge, press YES to accept the charge or NO to not charge the client.
