Main Client Screen

When a client is registered at your salon, they will automatically be allocated a client card. The client card is the area of the system where every detail relating to the selected client is stored. It is designed to be the complete information source for the client. Therefore if there are ever any queries about a client this is the area of the system which you would consult first; it displays all known details about the client from the basic contact details, to more comprehensive information such as contraindications and even photos of the client; the client card also build a historic log about any selected client, showing their product, treatment and course history, any details on specific logged treatments such as laser or electrolysis and any correspondence your salon may have had with the client. The client card also allows individual letters, emails and SMS text messages to be sent and logged to the client and allows receipts from previous payments to be printed. Future and past bookings can also be paid for selected client via the client card.

The client card is a truly comprehensive data source and has been designed to show a large volume of data in as simple and understandable format as possible, it is broadly split into two sections:

·The first section is the top half of the client card; this is always visible and contains the contact details relating to the client;
·The second section is bottom half of the client card, this sections is then further split into tabs showing all additional information about the client. To navigate through the tabs, you just click on the tab heading.

It is possible to customise what information you wish to store about the client, so selected information tabs can be removed and content within some cards can be amended. The tabs which can be removed from the client card are: treatment plan; machine card and imaging card; while the information which can be customised is: the list of contraindications, the preset mapping images and which machines (if any) are used within the salon. To find out how to customise client cards please see the options section of this help document.

Before describing the content of the client card a short description and function of the buttons on the top right hand of the card is necessary:
