The deactivating function allows clients who have a history but are no longer active to be moved from the main client list to a secondary client list, this usually applies to client who have either moved away from the area or have simply stopped coming to the salon. Inactive clients can be viewed on the main client screen by selecting the tab show inactive clients.
Once a client has been deactivated they can later be reactivated. To reactivate a client select the client on the main client grid and press the button reactivate from the general options sidebar.
