Sub tab four within the treatment card information tab is the machine card tab; this allows details of treatments completed on any particular machine to be stored. This is mainly used for machines such as electrolysis and laser machines, where detailed logs of each treatment need to be stored, for example: frequency used; spot size; pulse used; therapist notes. These should be logged on a treatment by treatment basis and can then be viewed to give detailed information about the treatments issued by a machine.

To log information onto a machine card, you must single click on the date column of the top row (marked by a *) this will allows you to enter information regarding the treatment.

Machines can be added and removed from the machine card to be specific to your salon, to do this press on the blue line titled add/remove machine card just above the main machine table, you will then be shown a small box with a list of all machines currently on the card, see the options section of this manual for further details.
