Records-CRM  

The record tab is used to store any information you need about a particular client. To make a record entry, press the Add button, this will open a screen in which you can title the record entry and then below store a detailed description, when you are finished press OK. The screen will return to the main record screen with the new entry stored on a single line. To delete a record entry, select the entry you wish to delete and press the Delete button.  
 
From the records/CRM tab you can also send a letter or SMS text message to the selected client. To do this press on the button titled Word or SMS, the mail merge main screen will open or the SMS send text message screen will appear.
