The treatment history tab shows a list of all the treatments the selected client has had, this includes all complete, cancelled and forthcoming appointments. It is in date order with the most recent at the top, and is also colour coded to correspond with the colours of the booking screen.

At the bottom of the treatment history tab there are also a series of buttons:

Waive charge – if any of the appointments in the history have incurred a charge (did not attend charge or cancellation charge) they can be waived by selecting the appropriate appointment and pressing this button;

Booking information – if you wish to see more details about any selected booking highlight it on the history list and press this button. A small box will appear with details of the treatment, you can also reprint the receipt for this treatment from this box;

Show booking – if you wish to move from a client card to a booking on the booking screen highlight the desired appointment on the history list and press this button, the client card will close and the screen will change to the booking screen on the selected appointment;

Pay booking – a clients booking can be paid directly from the client by, highlighting the appropriate appointment and pressing this button, charges can also be paid in this way. If you wish to pay more than one booking at the same time hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select all the bookings you wish to pay then press this button.
