| Sub tab five within the treatment card information tab is the treatment plan tab this allows you to build a plan of action for a clients treatments, it allows you to enter an objective and then track the progress on a week to week or month to month basis. To use this function just click in the box adjacent to the details you wish to fill in and type.

| Once a treatment plan has been completed, it can be either deleted from the system permanently by pressing the button on the tab titled 'reset plan' this will clear the form. Alternatively you can archive a treatment plan to history by pressing the button titled 'move to archive'. This can be accessed by pressing the tab 'archived plans' situated just above the actual treatment plan.
