Grouping - Products/Treatments

Treatment Groups  
 
When products or treatments are logged on the system they always require a product group to be attached to them, this allows each product/treatment to be grouped up into categories, improving reporting and sorting on the system. These groups can be managed directly from the product and client cards but can also be managed in the options area of the system.  
 
To access the centralised area of the products and treatment groups select options from the toolbar and press the button titled Grouping – products/treatments:  
 
The product and treatment group screen should now be visible; this is simply a screen spit into two tabs, the first tab is titled Product groups and the second Treatment Groups, the screen will always open into the Product Groups tab; each tab is identical in format showing a list of all the product/treatment groups currently on the system. Alongside the list of product/treatment groups are a series of buttons: Add, Delete, Edit, and Select all. At the bottom of the screen are the buttons OK and Cancel. The OK button closes the images screen saving all the changes made, while the Cancel button closes the images screen discarding any changes made

Treatment Group - Edit  

To add a product/treatment group click on the button titled Add.  

A separate box will now open; this box is an individual card for product/treatment groups, to actually add a product/treatment group simply fill in the box titled Enter New Product/Treatment Group Name, you can also assign a specific colour to a treatment group, this means that any treatments within the selected treatment group will show in this special colour on the booking screen, to set a special colour to a treatment group, press the arrow next to the box titled Special Colour and select the desired colour. Now press the OK button at the bottom of the screen to save and close the screen.

Product/treatment groups can be removed from the system; to remove a Product/treatment group highlight the appropriate product/treatment group on the main screen and press the button titled Delete. You can also delete all the product/treatment groups at the same time by pressing the button titled Select All and then pressing the Delete button. The system will set all your product/treatments to be Miscellaneous.
