SoftBooking allows template images to be added to each client file which can then be drawn on (mapping) to chart a clients treatment requirements/progress or problem areas. It is possible to add your own personal images to the system using the customise image sets function located in options.

To customise your Image Sets you need to first select the options button on the toolbar, then press the client card setup button from the options screen, a separate screen will now open titled client card setup, to access the Image Sets settings press the button titled Image Sets.

The Image Sets screen should now be visible; this is simply a list of all the images currently set up on your system. Alongside the list of images are a series of buttons: Add, Delete, Edit, and Select all. At the bottom of the screen are the buttons OK and Cancel. The OK button closes the images screen saving all the changes made, while the Cancel button closes the images screen discarding any changes made

Adding a Image to the Image Sets Tab

To add an image click on the button titled Add.

A separate box will now open; this box is an individual image card, to actually add an image you must first press the button titled Import Image, this will open another screen titled open, from this screen locate the template image you wish to add to each client file, once you have located the image highlight it and press the open button.

The selected image should now be displayed in the individual image card screen, if you are satisfied you wish that image to be used on all client card, fill in a description for the image in the box titled Image Set Description and press the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

Deleting Images

Images can be removed from the system; to remove an image highlight the appropriate image on the Image Sets main screen and press the button titled Delete. You can also delete all the image at the same time by pressing the button titled Select All and then pressing the Delete button. The system will then ask you if you want to disable the Image Sets function altogether.
