Customising Machines Cards

Each client card has a tab titled machine card, within this tab are sub tabs containing each machine used in the salon. These machines could be laser machines, electrolysis machines or light machines and the information which can be stored is related to each individual treatment.

To customise your machine cards you need to first select the options button on the toolbar, then press the client card setup button from the options screen, a separate screen will now open titled client card setup, to access the machine card settings press the button titled Machine Card.

The machine card screen should now be visible; this is simply a list of all the machines currently set up on your system. Alongside the list of rooms are a series of buttons: Add, Delete, Edit, and Select all. At the bottom of the screen are the buttons OK and Cancel. The OK button closes the machine screen saving all the changes made, while the Cancel button closes the machine screen discarding any changes made

Adding a Machine to the Machine Card Tab

To add a machine click on the button titled Add.

A separate box will now open; this box is an individual machine card, and is simply a series of tick boxes with a name field above, the machine must first be named and then tick all the fields which you wish to be logged for that particular machine.

Deleting Machines

Machines can be removed from the system; to remove a machine highlight the appropriate machine on the machine main screen and press the button titled Delete. You can also delete all the machines at the same time by pressing the button titled Select All and then pressing the Delete button. The system will then ask you if you want to disable the machines function altogether.
