| These options are organised on four tabs, which can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate tab heading:

 Tab One - My Company
|
| This option allows you to store the basic details about the salon.

| Tab Two - My Order Details
|
| This option allows you to specify an invoice and deliver to address if they are different, this information is displayed in the purchase order screen.

| Tab Three - My Opening Hours
|
|
|
| Use this option to set the times and days your salon is open; to amend/set the shops opening hours press on the button titled Click to set Opening Hours, this will open a screen with each day of the week and a start and finish time, in the appropriate box type when the salon opens and closes, if you want to set a day to be closed press the button title Closed next to the appropriate day.

| Once you have completed setting the opening hours, press OK to save and close the screen, the diary screen will now show your salons opening hours.

 Please note: it can take several minutes to change opening hours so please complete this task when there is ample time. The system will not allow opening hours to be shortened if there are still bookings on the diary screen.

| Tab Four - VAT Codes
|
| Use this section to specify the VAT rate. To change VAT amount click with your left button in the value column and type the new amount.
