| The SoftBooking system allows many features throughout the system to be customised to work best for your salon. It is advisable that the options screen is one of the first areas looked when starting your system for the first time. To access the options area of SoftBooking, press the button titled Options on the toolbar, this will open up a pop up screen with all the options available throughout the system.

| Options are split into 10 separate areas:

| · | My Salon Information;
|
| · | System Setup;
|
| · | Receipt Printing details;
|
| · | Grouping – Products/Treatments;
|
| · | Client Card Settings;
|
| · | Rooms in Your Salon;
|
| · | Commission Structure;
|
| · | Mail Merge Client Documents;
|
| · | SMS Text Messaging;
|
| · | Import data.
|
|
|
| These options then are then further split into sub categories.
