StockAndCosts  

The stock and costs tab is where the cost price and order and reorder details are stored. The first field is cost price this is the price you pay for the product, if the product is bought in multi-pack put the multi-pack price in here. The second field is price units, and again if the product is bought in a multi-pack enter how many units are in a multi-pack here, if the product is bought as a single unit leave the figure at 1. The next field is in stock, this should display the number of the selected product in stock. The next field is desired stock level, this should be the level which you would ideally like in stock, the purchase ordering part of the system will order to this level. The final field on this tab is trigger quantity, which is the level at which the product should be reordered, that is to say, if you want the stock reordered when you only have two of the product left, put two in the box. The stock and costs tab also has a graph on the right hand side, which displays the selected product sales on a month by month basis, this is to aide setting reorder levels.  
 
If the selected product is a professional product, the above mentioned graph will be removed and replaced with information regarding the professional product, this is in the form of three additional fields: the first is what units is the product measured in, this is completely free text, so could be ml, sheets, squirts or whatever the product is measured in; the second is how many of these units are in a single pack; the third and final field is how many of the current stock held is being used professionally.
