| The Stock control entry function allows you to quickly enter product stock, re-order and trigger quantity levels and to check in deliveries (replenish stock levels, for products ordered without using SoftBookings purchase ordering system) for all your products, this is useful after a stock take has been completed. To use the function click on the Stock control entry text line, this will open up a separate screen, in which all the stock held by the salon, even if there is zero in stock, is listed, it is grouped by supplier, you can expand and collapse the list by pressing the + to expand and – to collapse. To enter in the stock, reorder, trigger levels or to check in a delivery, just click into the appropriate column and row, and type. When you close this screen using the OK button, the data will be stored and product files updated.
