| The skills tab is where all the skills of the selected staff member are recorded, this is then used in the booking screen, to prevent bookings being made for therapists who cannot complete them. The skills are listed on a list which first shows treatment groups and then within the treatment groups, the individual treatments in the selected treatment group. So if for example you had a treatment group called Hair Removal, it could contain waxing and electrolysis treatments, some staff members may be able to do waxing but not electrolysis and visa-versa, so you would simply tick the box next to the treatments they can do. To view the treatments within a treatment group press the + button next to the appropriate treatment group. You can also select or deselect all the treatments by pressing the appropriate button, this will automatically tick or un-tick all treatments.
