Refunds

| Refunds can be given from the walkin screen by pressing the refund button. This will open a screen in which you can either scan in the product barcode or type in the product description, then press enter on your keyboard. You will then be asked whether the product is re-usable, that is to say, can be resold or scrap. The item will then appear on the main walkin screen in the list to the right, to complete the refund press the complete payment button and refund the cash, card.
