Extra client contact detail

In addition to basic contact details SoftBooking also enables you to store information such as the clients email address and even their personal website, their date of birth and even the client’s favourite drink.

Minute based products

Do you sell anything in minute based credit, for example a sun bed or electrolysis card, which entitles your clients to 60 minutes of sun bed/electrolysis time, which they then redeem in smaller chunks. You can set up products, that is to say, minute credit cards, which clients can buy, they will have these minutes allocated to them and the system will then automatically deduct the minutes as and when they are used.

Previous treatments

SoftBooking has a section allowing you to record any information about the client’s previous treatments prior to registering at your salon, so you can recommend the best course of action based on previous treatments.

Skin and hair type

You can log all your clients’ skin and hair types in order to be able to best customise treatments for them, SoftBooking even has a pre defined skin categories.

Contraindications

With more advanced products and treatments available, the potential contraindications associated with these products and treatments can be a bit of a minefield. SoftBooking can help lighten the load; each client has a medical condition section on their client file. This list is completely customisable, to enable you to store exactly what you need about a client. The medical conditions list corresponds with lists in products and treatments, so if a client has a particular medical condition which could cause a problem with a treatment or product selected the system will let you know. As the list is customisable it can also, constantly be updated as you get new products and treatments.

Machine card

If you offer any treatments which use a machine, for example, a laser or electrolysis machine, this will help you no end; SoftBooking allows you to add any machine which you use in your salon. Imaging
