The SoftMail area; allows users to email each other within SoftBooking. This is a purely internal communications system, that is to say, emails can only be picked up within SoftBooking and messages can only be sent between SoftBooking users. This feature is designed to allow staff and managers to communicate between each other even when not in the salon at the same time.
