Ever get a client that comes in once and then never returns? Or someone
that moves out the area or completes a course of treatments and is no
longer an ‘active’ client?
You will no doubt have created a client card for them and of course will
need to keep this file, but do you really want it cluttering up your
‘active’ client list? Probably not.
With SoftBooking just select the ‘inactive’ client and move them to an
archive file.
Archiving clients doesn’t mean you can’t view, amend or send information
to these clients, it just keeps you current client database tidy. You
may even periodically send out marketing to these clients to try and get
them back in your salon. If and when they do return you can just move
them back to the ‘active’ client list.
