Some people think you can never store enough details about a client;
using this philosophy we decided to allow you to store limitless clients
notes. Every time a note is added to the system it is date stamped so
you can see when it was made and if its modified even this date is
stored.
In addition to the comprehensive notes you can store on each file, you
can also store bullet notes, these notes are the most important and are
shown in clear view every time the clients file is looked at, these
should be used to alert staff of things they should be aware of whenever
they have any contact with the client.
