All data stored on
the system can be viewed in data grids, enabling you to rapidly and
effortlessly see you data in the way you want to see it.
This data can then be manipulated to show whatever you want in any way
you want, you can:
Search – for specific information, for example particular clients or
products;
Sort - data into whatever order you want, for example highest spenders
at the top or simply into alphabetical order;
Filter – to show only what you want to see, for example exclude data
which is blank;
Or you can combine
all the manipulation features to create meaningful data grids in seconds
– for example you could create a client grid that shows all clients who
have spent more than £100.00 in the last six month and who live in a
selected post code area. |
