As with clients files, the SoftBooking staff file gives plenty of room
for notes so anything you need to record about your staff member can be
stored on their personnel file.
This could be compliments (or complaints!) received, information about
disciplinary, or promotions. In fact we don’t need to tell you, you can
store absolutely anything you like and of course all notes are date
stamped.
