Isn’t it annoying when an appointment is booked for a staff member who
isn’t qualified to complete the treatment? Not only is it embarrassing
and unprofessional, but it can also irritate clients and cost you money!
The SoftBooking staff file allows you to record exactly what each member
can and cant do. If then you attempt to make an appointment for a staff
member which they cannot complete you will be given a warning, thus
preventing those costly and embarrassing booking errors.
