This feature selects Clients from a selection of questions:Has email address
Has mobile number
Has email, no mobile
Has mobile, no email
Has no email, no mobile
In a post code area
Spent over, spent under
Purchased before
Purchased after
Purchased certain products or from product groups
Purchased certain treatments or from treatments groups
Once the selection has been made, the list can be used to send; a letter, email or SMS message to the selection of Clients. |

On the booking screen, in the left hand-side panel is a new item called 'Show Dash Board'. This displays a
list of information for a specified day including:Sales Stats: Total Sales, No of Clients, Avg. Spend per Head, Treatment Sales, Avg. Spend Treatments, Retails Sales, Avg. Spend Retail, No of Clients Buy Retail.
Sales Type Stats: Promotions, Gift Vouchers Sold, Gift Vouchers Redeemed, Courses Sold.
Booking Stats: No of Rebooks, New Clients 1st Visit, No Hours Available, No Hours on Rota, No Hours Booked, No Staff on Duty, Holiday Hours, Trining Hours.
Staff Performance: Client Complaints, Best Improved Retail, Highest Single Sale, Lowest Single Sale, Nil Retail Seller.
Cancellations/No Shows: No of Late Cancelled Unfilled, No of Hours Cancelled, No of No Shows Unfilled, No of Hours No Shows. |
