The Team,
This letter is to
show my appreciation and gratitude for giving me the best software
system that I could afford at the time of setting up my business.
On setting up a new
business in the beauty sector we looked at and had demonstrations of
different systems, but nothing fitted in with our price range and then
the phone call that changed my outlook on systems took place with Dan.
Information was
sent out to me on that day and then that followed by a demonstration of
your system. WOW! It was just what we were looking for. Screens that
was easy to book appointments, Reports that was fantastic and also
Reports that kept me up to date daily, monthly and yearly as well. It
was so easy for Sales/Courses to be entered onto the screen that were
sold by the Therapists. Just a click of a button and the information
was there for me.
I would also like
to say that we’ve had superb support. When you look at a software
house, support is paramount and you were definitely there for us.
Updates have been on a regular basis and come with new functions and
facilities, which we are surprised that we DON’T HAVE TO PAY FOR
THEM!!! - As you may with other software houses. Thanks Matt.

marketing facilities our profits have increased

We
appreciated our training sessions over the internet

Internet
support has been instant and very much appreciated as we are very busy people
and we need to be up and running all the time

SMS –
confirming by text our Client’s appointments – our Clients find this fantastic!
If
you would like to use this letter to assure future Customers in making their
big decision as to whether to go with Soft Booking or not – that we made the
right choice back in October 2005.
