Dear Matthew,
I would like to thank you and Daniel and the rest of your
team for providing my salon with such a superb product.
I had spent over one year looking for such a system, and
had become despondent at the rival systems out there, not only for the
exorbitant price but for the complicatedness of use.
It has now been a full twelve months since you installed
the SoftBooking EPOS system at Delilah, and it has been a very well
received addition to my salon.
It is straight forward to use and therefore has made day
to day basic tasks so much easier to control and with guaranteed
accuracy.
The ability to personalise details and requirements,
enables me to gather the information I require on a long term basis with
a view to marketing and salon development. Instead of the daunting
process of wading through reams of paper work, it is a pleasure to make
one click of the mouse and have all the info presented before me.
Thank you for the continuous upgrades and developments,
and your constant support, I sincerely hope your business will continue
to flourish.
