Support

Updates are release periodically as an when either a new feature is ready for deployment or if bugs have been fixed - in either case, you will have the choice to update your current version of SoftBooking.

For the first year, support comes FREE with SoftBooking - after the first year, to get these updates, support is required to be purchased on an annual basis.

I don't have the internet

To get the latest update, if you do not have the internet a CD will be posted to you with a list of the additional features and bug fixes.

When you receive the CD, place it in your CD drive. If it doesn't automatically start, open your CD directory and double click on the Setup file.

I do have the internet

Automatic updates are available and are checked when SoftBooking is first loaded. Download

Installing the Update

This is a very simple process as it does everything for you. Please follow the steps below on EACH machine with SoftBooking installed on:

Please note: If at anytime during the installation it  requires you to reboot, then you must reboot.

1. If you have downloaded the update with 'Automatic Updates', the update setup file is copied onto your desktop. Double click on the setup file.

2. Click 'Next'.

3. Read the agreement and make sure you agree, tick the box then click 'Next'.

4. Click 'Next' to start the installation.

5. Once the installation has finished, another program pops up to update all of the databases to the latest version. Click 'Finish' once it has completed and you're ready to run SoftBooking again.
